Richard Lloyd and David Leslie
Following the tragic deaths of Club Members Richard Lloyd and David Leslie, along with their engineer Chris Allarton and the two pilots in the Kent air crash last Sunday, I am writing to update you with funeral details:
Richard Lloyd
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday 16th April 2008 at 2.30pm at:
St Peter's Church
Church Road
Old Town
Brackley
Northants
NN13 7BX
Please note that parking is particularly limited near the church and you are advised to park in the town and walk. Alternatively, Honda F1 have generously offered parking at their base just off the A43 on the south side of town, and shuttle those attending to the church. If you wish to take advantage of this shuttle service, please be at Honda F1 (NN13 7BD) no later than 2.00pm.
Following the church service there will be a celebration of Richard's life to be held at 4.15pm at:
Jimmy Brown Centre
Silverstone Circuit
Northants
NN12 8TN
You are welcome to attend either or both of the above.
The family have asked for no flowers, but donations will be split between the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and BRDC Benevolent Fund. If you would like to make a donation in Richard's memory please send a cheque to the funeral directors (payable to “J & M Humphris” with Richard Lloyd written on the back);

David Leslie
We are awaiting confirmation from Jane on the arrangements for David's funeral. It is hoped that there will be a funeral for family and close friends in Dumfries, the date of which is to be confirmed. Jane intends that there will be a Memorial Service for David, `in the Silverstone area in some weeks or months'. I will send further details as soon as I have them.
