PETER DEMPSEY WINS THE WALTER HAYES TROPHY
Peter Dempsey retained the Walter Hayes Trophy at Silverstone on Sunday, when he drove his Cliff Dempsey Racing Ray GRS05 to victory in the Grand Final of the seventh-running of the world's largest Formula Ford event.
Racing was of the highest quality all weekend, and Dempsey crossed the finishline at the end of the twelve-lap, re-started, final ahaed of James Nash (Van Diemen RF92) and Wayne Boyd (Van Diemen RF92).
