Lewis Hamilton thrilled the Silverstone crowds with a sensational lap to claim pole position for the 2007 Santander British Grand Prix.

Driving for the Vodafone-McLaren-Mercedes team, Hamilton snatched the top spot on the final lap of qualifying to send the 82,000 crowd wild.

A sell-out crowd will attend the big race weekend on Sunday - with the BRDC hoping for a Member victory!
